If you stopped by our booth last week at the Village Runner 4th of July race, you were among the first to see the 2024 Manhattan Beach 10k Finisher Tee! For the rest of you, we are excited to show it to you here. The artist Joe Natoli is local to the South Bay and you already may be familiar with his portfolio.
Q & A With Joe
What kind of artwork do you specialize in?
I handle branding and creative direction for a variety of clients in Los Angeles and the Pacific Northwest. My clients include Motorsports, Car Culture, Human Sports, Entertainment, Food and Beverage design and more! I have a line of posters available on my Etsy page here.
What is the process for digitally illustrated art?
Our illustrations start with sketches, then Photoshop work and some Illustrator depending on the subject matter. Finally they are printed and shipped onsite for most all of our pieces. Click this link for a quick video.
Is there a story behind the art for the 2024 Manhattan Beach 10k Finisher Tee?
This poster has been around for 10+ years after my shop started doing poster series in between projects with our clients. It’s part of an 8 poster series that includes a variety of locations along the Santa Monica Bay. It’s our most popular poster and has sold hundreds of pieces in a variety of sizes. The team at the MB10k came across my work online and reached out to see if we could do a collaboration. So here we are!
Where can people find your work?
We will have a booth at the El Segundo Art Walk as well as the Manhattan Beach Hometown Fair.

We are on our way to selling out for the 47th Annual Manhattan Beach 10k this year! Race day is October 5, 2024 at 7:30am. Thank you to everyone who has registered so far. For those who haven’t, here’s your chance. We are going to be raising prices soon, take advantage of this deal today.
