Come join us for the 48th Annual Manhattan Beach 10k on Saturday, October 4, 2025 at 7:30 am. Experience one of the most scenic 10k courses in the South Bay with live music, and post race expo at the finish line! Over 4,000 runners will take to the streets for this moderate to slightly difficult course through downtown and residential Manhattan Beach, finishing at the Manhattan Beach Pier. We are proud to announce that for the 3rd straight year the MB10k is designated as a RRCA California 10K State Championship!

2025 RRCA California 10K State Championship

We are pleased to have been selected by the Road Runners Club of America as their California 10K State Championship! At our October 4th race the RRCA will give out Championship Awards for Open, 40+, 50+, and 60+ groups. Gatorade will provide beverages for the aid stations. We are honored to be chosen!

 
 

2025 MB10k Prize Money

3 Leaf Realty has generously offered to provide our race with cash prizes for our 48th birthday on October 4th. $250 will be awarded to both the male and female overall winners of the MB10k. Many thanks to Jerry Carew and his team of agents.

Run For The Community

Since the beginning of its existence, the race proceeds are directly returned to the community in the form of:

  • Various health & fitness enhancements to the recreation facilities of local schools & parks.

  • Scholarships to Manhattan Beach high school seniors.

Of recent those donations surpass $750,000!

Some past projects the race has contributed to:

  • Mira Costa Track refurbishing

  • Yearly donations to the Mira Costa High School Choir, Boy Scouts, Mira Costa Drama, Sandpiper Juniors, Mira Costa Cross Country, and Mira Costa Rugby who provide us with traffic control & water station volunteers, start & finish line support, t-shirt distribution, bib pick up & expo, respectively

  • $11,000 exercise facility at the Manhattan Beach Middle School

  • The climbing wall at Manhattan Heights Park

  • The par course at the Strand and 26th. Greenbelt near Manhattan Beach Blvd. & at Polliwog Park

  • Strand mile markers

  • Play structure at Polliwog Park

  • Artificial turf at AYSO field on Marine
